1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Saasilyum.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Saasilyum provides two digital software platforms:

• WhatsApp Multi-Device API Gateway: High-speed API infrastructure allowing users to connect their WhatsApp numbers to automate business communications.
• Saasilyum AI for Google Sheets Add-on: Custom spreadsheet formula functions (=SAI, =SINFER, =SWRITE, =SEXTRACT, =SCLASSIFY) and AI character token quotas for automated spreadsheet operations.

3. Subscriptions, ₹99 7-Day Trial Pack & Refunds

Saasilyum offers monthly/yearly plans as well as a 7-Day ₹99 Trial Pack for the Google Sheets Add-on (providing 40,000 AI Character tokens). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All purchases of subscriptions, trial packs, and AI character token allocations are digital consumables and non-refundable, as detailed in our Payment & Refund Policy.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Saasilyum for spamming, sending illegal content, or violating WhatsApp's or Google's Acceptable Use policies. Accounts found in violation will be terminated without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Saasilyum is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any third-party service interruptions or account limitations resulting from misuse.
