By purchasing any subscription or trial pack, you authorize Saasilyum to process the applicable charges via our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). All prices are listed in INR (inclusive of applicable GST taxes).
We offer a free trial tier for WhatsApp API device testing, as well as a 7-Day ₹99 Trial Pack for the Google Sheets Add-on (inclusive of 40,000 AI Character tokens). Trial packs allow users to evaluate all custom AI spreadsheet formulas (=SAI, =SINFER, =SWRITE, =SEXTRACT, =SCLASSIFY) before purchasing full monthly or yearly plans.
AI character token allocations (included with Google Sheets Add-on plans) are consumable digital utilities processed in real-time upon executing spreadsheet formulas. Once AI character tokens are consumed for processing formulas or automation workflows, they cannot be restored or refunded.
Due to the immediate digital fulfillment and consumable nature of API tokens and server infrastructure, all sales of subscriptions, add-on plans, and trial packs are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be processed in verified instances of duplicate payment transactions caused by payment gateway technical glitches. You may cancel recurring auto-renewal at any time through your dashboard; upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
If a recurring payment fails or is chargebacked, associated API gateway tokens and Google Sheets AI add-on access will be paused automatically until billing is resolved.
