1. Data Collection

We collect basic account information such as your email address (via Google OAuth) to verify active subscriptions and manage your account sessions. When using the Saasilyum AI for Google Sheets Add-on, we access only the active spreadsheet data required to process your AI prompts and formula functions.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used solely to provide the WhatsApp messaging gateway and Google Sheets AI automation features requested by you, and to manage your subscription tier.

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data

Saasilyum does not sell, trade, rent, or transfer Google Workspace user data or spreadsheet content to any third parties under any circumstances.

Specifically regarding Google Workspace user data:

• Who we share data with: We do not share Google user data with any third parties, advertising partners, data brokers, or external entities. The only external data transmission occurs when a user explicitly executes an AI formula (=SAI, =SINFER, etc.), where the prompt text is sent via encrypted HTTPS to our enterprise AI gateway purely for real-time inference and response generation.
• No Secondary Use: Data transmitted during function execution is strictly ephemeral (processed in volatile memory) and is never stored, logged, or retained on permanent storage.
• No Disclosure: We do not disclose Google Workspace user data to any external organizations, public repositories, or third-party services.

4. Google Workspace API User Data Policy & AI/ML Model Training Prohibition

Saasilyum strictly adheres to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Explicit AI/ML Model Training Prohibition:

Google Workspace user data received via Google APIs—including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data—is never used, transferred, or sold to develop, train, or improve generalized or foundational machine learning (ML) and/or artificial intelligence (AI) models.

Any third-party AI service provider utilized for real-time inference (such as commercial API enterprise tiers) is bound by strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) and contractual terms prohibiting the use of API customer inputs and outputs for model training or generalized AI development.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Saasilyum AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. WA Contacts Extractor Chrome Extension Privacy & Data Handling

The WA Contacts Extractor Pro Chrome extension is designed with a privacy-first, local-execution architecture:

• Local Extraction: All phone numbers, contact names, and WhatsApp Web group data extracted by the extension are processed strictly within the user's local browser session and saved directly to the user's computer (via CSV/JSON download). No extracted contact lists or personal address books are transmitted to, stored on, or harvested by Saasilyum servers.
• AI Sentiment Analysis: When the user explicitly toggles on "AI Deep Analysis", brief anonymized text excerpts from the selected chat are transmitted via secure HTTPS to official commercial AI APIs (OpenAI ChatGPT / DeepSeek) solely for real-time sentiment and buying intent classification. These inputs are not retained, logged, or used for model training under Zero Data Retention agreements.
• Single Purpose & Security: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transfer any user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks. We strictly adhere to the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption, secure API tokens, and access controls to protect your account, authentication details, and data.

8. Data Retention & Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated configuration data at any time by contacting support or disconnecting your device in the dashboard.
